NO, the soles of our sandals are made of recycled tires but there is no toxic content. The part containing tires are also not in direct contact with the skin. The sole touches the ground and underfoot is a soft and comfortable footbed made of natural rubber. All of our products have passed safety and health standards.

YES. Indosoles are 100% waterproof and made to get wet and withstand nature's elements. Our signature tire tread bottoms even offer superior grip on slick and muddy surfaces.

Not only is our use of recycled tire soles beneficial for the environment, but it also creates the most durable sandal sole out there. Combine this with our natural rubber footbeds and durable Vegan ENVRO Fibre, you get a Sandal that will last many seasons. To ensure defects don't hinder performance, we offer a one year warranty on any product defects.

No, please be careful with your sandals being left in direct sunshine or heat. They are made of natural rubber on the footbed which will warp or shrink in high temperatures (75°F / 24°C and above) or extended periods of time in direct sunlight. Make sure to leave them in the shade and in a cool spot when you are not wearing them.

Most Indosole sandals are machine washable. Only the Handep Weave should not get wet, all others may machine wash. Avoid putting them in the dryer!

You may also wash by hand with soap and water and some say that using vinegar or other natural additives will help to reset any smelly sandals :)

• Returns/Exchanges accepted within 30 days via RE:DO. $2.48 must be paid at checkout for the unlimited service. Product returns or exchanges need to be re-sellable and unworn.
• It is highly recommended to purchase the RE:DO Return/Exchange service for $2.48 which covers return shipping and both ways for an exchange. Without this service, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
